★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst test drive experience I've ever had. Are your sales people trying to make sure I don't buy a car here?
First, the salesman insisted on coming with us which most places don't do, but ok. Then he asks if I want him to sit in the front or the back -I have my wife and 2 kids with me, so is he really asking if I'm going make my wife sit in the back seat with my kids during the test drive?
Secondly, since we have a 1 year old baby and several vulnerable people in our lives we still wear masks when close to other people in public. Despite the fact that we all had masks on he did not even offer to. I don't care what your personal opinions are, if you are insisting on going into a confined space we us and we are wearing masks it would be common courtesy to offer.
Thirdly, this guy knew nothing about the car we were in. I understand it's new, but do some research on what you are selling. I shouldn't know more about the car than the expert salesman that works there. The entire time he made me feel like we were wasting his time.
If you really are interested in a Kia try any other dealer than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to downsize from a pickup truck and dropped in to check out what Kia has to offer. I was greeted by Frank D. He was super helpful, friendly and asked what brought me to Kia. I explained my situation and he showed a few different options that suit my family’s needs. I didn’t buy right away but once I sell my truck, Frank will be getting my business. Honesty goes a long way, and I felt respected dealing with Frank. Looking forward to my new Kia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealership is an excellent place to deal with regardless if I use them for parts, service or buying a new vehicle from the. It seems as if all departments have the same objective and goals of taking care of their customers.
Ordered a 2022 Kia Carnival from Frank and just received delivery on Saturday. From start to finish Frank wad great to deal with, it made the buying experience easy. It was unfortunate the time lines were out of his and the dealership control but we were always in contact, he is a very personable and up front and polite person to deal with. I would recommend Frank to anyone also Kathleen in Finance was great to deal with in finalizing all our paper work and delivery of the vehicle.

Always great! Especially the two ladies at the front! Great warranty service and out of warranty service as well. Always nice to see them and they make the process fairly painless. They give me an eta of when my car will be done and it’s usually done In half the time! The guys/gals in the back do a great job on the car as well. Leave happy even if I’m spending a pretty penny ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the last two year's world events, we took our time in selecting our car. I mean, we researched the living heck out of it - and there is no escaping the big advances Kia has made, and their excellent service record. We even dig the German design guy Kia stole from Audi.
When we met with Frank De Rosa at Kia West, he was very helpful and accommodating in working with us to close on our new Kia. More than anything, we noted he was calm, and honest. It was our first new car, and our least pressured car-buying experience.
We did choose to finance with Kia, and greatly appreciated Kathleen Critchley. Completing a car purchase after work around 8pm is stressful at the best of times, but she was a profoundly positive spirit, who cheerfully and painlessly walked us through the details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience buying my Kia seltos 2022. I had an awful experience buying my previous vehicle at another dealership but Kia west Edmonton was great. Mark was very friendly and made the whole transaction easy. Ryan also helped, together they made the experience great. No pushy sales tactic which I really appreciated. Wish I would have went to them for my previous vehicle. Kathleen in finance was always great to deal with!

He was up front, honest, personable, and had great communication in person and over the phone. He helped get the exact vehicle I wanted and really helped me feel comfortable with the whole process.
