They did my fronts (expensively) and told me i had to do my back drums and they were seized and quoted me over $900 for this. I took it to my mechanic afterwards for my back brakes and he said not only do they still have 50% left on them, he knows midas didnt even take the drums apart as there would have been obvious taken apart marks that werent there. Do not under any circumstances use these guys.
n	neville moffatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get a safety inspection and they told me my car can't pass a safety because Nissan key system error message appear in display. On the other hand they told me my front left park light was not working and it is a lie because I checked and it is working. Finally, he wrote that the car slightly vibrate when he apply braking at high speed. He recommend I change both rotor on my 2017 Nissan to fix problem and the total cost would be $436.48. I told him I will take it to the dealer to be fix. He said after I fixing and come back I still need to pay another $39 to check again. He charged me $105 + tax and said I can't get a safety. I went to two separate auto shop to get a second opinion because I drove the vehicle at hight speed and brake but never experiences any vibration. The two independent places I went told me nothing is wrong with my rotor and they both drive and test the vehicle. I went to another place and got the safety inspection done. The other place even uses a special device to check if my rotor was damage. My car is fine, I got the safety certificate the very same day from another place. Don't go to MIDAS they are a liar.
D	Don on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always got good customer service at this location since 2019. But on my last visit in early 2021 to purchase new tires for my SUV was great. The manager at this location is a great guy, his knowledge of the business is great. His customer service skills are excellent. There was a little mix up in the tire size and pricing, but was resolved efficiently and quickly by the manager. Due to his leadership his whole team is very knowledgeable and provide great customer service.

Went there to general tire repair, the lady in the front disk was super rude and made fun of my accent, Professionalism is something they never heard of.

They quoted 3 times the amount the dealership was charging for the lines. They are just ripping people off!!! This is not the first time they have quoted me an outrageous price for parts. Thank goodness I had the sense to call around. I don't know how many people they ripped off in the past, make sure you call around before you use this shop!!! When confronted about the price difference the Manger would not come out of the shop to discuss with me! In all think twice before using this shop!!

After the work was done i return a week later complaining about the way the tire surface was making contact with the road surface. I was told to watch it for a while before they would order some part to correct it if the condition persisted. The other month i took my wife's car there for front wheel alignment also still thinking its Midas and they have the golden touch. This is far from the truth. Six month later my new tires at the front was gone. I took back my van only to be told this time that my front shocks were gone and that's why the tires are wearing bad. I took the van to a mechanic shop in Toronto where the alignment was done no mention of bad shocks the report was that my front Toe was not align properly Midas told me to get shocks on and replace my badly worn tires for two use ones i had purchased to replace the ones they had caused damage to was $1800.00. In Toronto They align my van put the two used tires on $113.00. Oh Midas wanted to charge $65.00 each to put the two used tires on. As if this wasn't bad enough, my wife's car is now showing the same tire ware problem as my van did. Either the alignment equipment they are using is misaligned or the operator is untrained. Don't be fooled by there flashy signs and friendly approach its just a cover up to hit your wallet hard for a poor job. I would never recommend Midas Pickering not even to the junk yard. POOR JOB !!!
