★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience I have ever had when dealing with my vision.
Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable and it showed when he was doing the pre-testing.
He walked me through the tests and answered all my questions about what they are for, plus I hate the test that blasts air at your eyes but he was able to give me great advice to get through the test.
Dr. La was very professional and answered all the questions I could come up with, even the ones I am sure she gets a million times.
She was very clear and concise with my diagnoses and helped me understand what they meant.
Summer helped me pick out a pair of frames that fit my face and my requirements, and let me try on a bunch of frames just to see if I would like the shape or the fit.
She was very patient with me while I tried to decide on frames when I am sure my mind was probably on what to eat for lunch.
At the end of it all Everyone was wonderful and extremely helpful and went above and beyond.
Absolutely worth the drive here from anywhere to get your visions checked and glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a disappointing experience with scheduling. I first booked online however, needed to change my appointment and there was not an option to cancel online so I had to call in. I rebooked and asked that I be provided an email confirmation to which the receptionist said it will be sent and I would get a text two days in advance of my appointment. I did not get an email of my new appointment.
When it came two days before my appointment I did not get a text so I called in to confirm my appointment. The receptionist confirmed with me that my appointment was for this upcoming Saturday. Let this be clear "this upcoming Saturday" means the upcoming Saturday and does not mean a random Saturday next month.
When I came I was told my appointment was scheduled for end of next month. I was told there was a misunderstanding but I am not clear how February and March can be mixed up since the months don't sound even sound the same and "this upcoming Saturday" was confirmed.
They should really allow cancellations online or at least send email confirmations of scheduled appointments or cancellations to avoid such misunderstanding.
I told them to cancel that appointment I had for next month but who knows if that is actually done and if I will have trouble rebooking since again not given any confirmation in writing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic was very clean. Staff are friendly and Dr. La is amazing. She was very good with my two boys (11 yrs and 3yrs old with ASD) When my little guy’s turn we did had trouble making him stay or follow instructions but Dr. La was able to find ways and very good with him. Definitely recommended.

Hubby and I went for our turn to do our check-up. Dr. La, as always very professional and informative. Definitely will keep coming back. Everyone is so welcoming. We ended up needing a glasses for part time use and Summer was very helpful with everything as well.

I really do recommend this place for everything, from eye exams to getting glasses. Always super easy and a very friendly environment.
