★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff were very polite and helpful. Gladus was the one to help with finding the frames for my husband and I she gave me 2 compliments, one on my hair and the pother on my eyelashes. We will definitely be back there for our next eye exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice people and good service. Maysa, one of the workers there is so sweet and very helpful. I take my kids there and they love her. She helps them pick out the right pair of glasses and does her best to give me the best deal possible. Really recommend going there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best optical place I have ever been to.I would highly recommend this place.Very friendly well informed and respectful.Being on disability a lot of places look down on you.Gladys is there to help with everything.Especially when it comes to how your glass frames look.The optrician explains everything about your eyes.Very informative.

He is great eye doctor , my family just went there recently and we are all grateful on the eye check up he did . He never let us leave His clinic making it sure that they provide excellent service .

Gladys you keep rocking that awesome haircut, and don’t sweat that negative review. I truly have no idea where that person is coming from. Both times I met Gladys she was soft spoken and polite. Definitely multiple sides to every story!
Also shout out to the optometrist for noticing an inward growing eyelash and for plucking it for me!

She makes me feel comfortable so that it is easy to ask questions and raise my concerns about my eyes. Her answers to questions and concerns are direct and clear.
The knowledge Gladys has regarding frames and lenses is outstanding. The attention to detail provided by Gladys is impressive and her customer service skills are excellent. She is a great ambassador for the company. Gladys is great at finding the best pair of glasses for me. She has been helping me pick out glasses with great results for several years. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been cared for by Castledowns Vision Centre since moving to the area 6 years ago. Our latest visit was for myself and my son. We booked back-to-back appointments and as usual, we were greeted by the excellent staff. Dr. Ullah proceeded with the eye exam with no delay and manager Gladys assisted us in choosing suitable frames that fell within our military insurance coverage. The ongoing 40% sale on frames also helped. Would recommend this location for families and to the military community.
