Our Philosophy – Kidzone Childcare - Kidzonechildcare.ca
At our childcare program, we aim to provide high quality childcare in a fun safe environment filled with play based creative learning experiences and recreational activities based upon children’s interest. We believe children should come first and therefore, they are the central focus of our childcare program.
Our program offers a range of play based learning experiences that encourages the children’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual, creative, language and cognitive development. The program will put emphasis on the development of building children’s self-confidence, communication and conflict resolution skills. Our role as educators is to actively listen, observe, and document children’s learning to expand on their individual needs and interests. We will provide them with developmentally appropriate experiences to enhance their growth and sense of discovery.
We believe a child’s developmental needs are best promoted and nurtured when children are encouraged to play, ask questions, and explore in an environment where trust, respect and positive regard are emphasized. We respect the dignity and integrity of each child and emphasize respect for all children, regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin and special needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have heard terrible things about this daycare. Safety of a child being one of them. If you are looking for a daycare I would think twice about this one and maybe look at some more for your childs sake. I am not the type to write bad reviews but when it comes to children and their safety and I have heard from a previous client of their's that it was a bad experience and I must say something to make sure parents looking into this daycare, that something could happen to your child that is unsafe. I hope this helps parents that are looking for a daycare for their child/children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My children is attending kidzone from last four yeas. All the staff is really great and welcoming. My children had lots of fun always and they always enjoyed going to the field trips. Staff supervision is so great.staff is always on children's level. Staff always approach to the parents and visitors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son would always be left neglected on his own ostracized from the rest of the children. He would be in a high chair by himself with his back turned to all the other children while they played. And this was somehitn I witnessed on more than one occasions when I wen to pick him up.He would always have a diaper rash when either my mother or myself would go to pick him. I think they would leave his diaper unattended to for most of the day, they would change his diaper just before I would come to grab him. But because I didn't pick him up the same day everyday they would always tell either myself or my mother that his diaper needed to be changed. This was not an isolated event it became a pattern with my son's diaper suspiciously needing to be changed just when someone would arrive to pick him up.
The director of the daycare seemed quite apathetic and it is not a daycare I would recommend to anyone. Save your money and look for a better daycare that actually cares about your child or children's well being.
I would give it a -5 stars if I could.

recently we moved but my kids refused to change the daycare.
they really enjoy their time there.
staff is friendly and lovely.
they offer healthy snacks that my kids really likes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 years later, still no contact from the daycare for the neglect my grandkids received or apology.
I was able to walk out with my grandson by just telling them i was his nana, they did not bother to ask for identification, did not phone his parents to ensure it was ok. They asked if i wanted to take my granddaughter i told them no and they let me walk out the door with him, no questions or verification required. The kids were bullied and the caregivers didn't every stop the older kids from bullying the younger ones. The workers just expected the younger kids to tell on the older ones. Too many kids, not enough qualified workers. Do not place your kids in this daycare. They dont even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter attended Kidzone for over 2 years and she has been very happy with the program, I have had no issues, whenever I get a chance to just observe I feel that the staff are being genuinely kind and considerate of the children which is a value to me. Now that we are moving to another part of the city and the daycare will be too far away for me to send my daughter there myself and my daughter are sad and will miss everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No words can do the KIDZONE day care just. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my 3 kids get excited about going to daycare here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualised way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and I'm very thankful to the whole team at KIDZONE DAYCARE????❤❤❤❤❤❤.
