Absolutely the best eye exam I have ever received. My experience at the clinic was a real "eye-opener" - I now realize how many OTHER clinics are cutting corners. This clinic has incredibly knowledgeable staff that really know their stuff and who are incredibly thorough. I absolutely love my new glasses. This is the best I have seen in decades. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and colleagues.

What an awesome place! I was very impressed by their friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism. Dr. Virji was fantastic, thorough, and explained things clearly. Marlena really listened to what I wanted and has a great intuition for selecting frames. I found my new glasses within minutes when normally it takes me hours. I look forward to my next appointment!

Great business. All off the staff are very helpful and friendly. Been coming here since I moved to Edmonton 3 years ago. Dr. Ash is so friendly, knowledgeable, and lovely. Always look forward to my annual checkups here.

Absolutely awesome experience. Super knowledgeable staff, a really caring and intelligent optometrist, and an incredible selection of eyewear to choose from. The best experience I have ever had having my eyes examined and purchasing glasses. I highly recommend this place - it really is the best.

This place is pretty fantastic. The staff are just awesome. I made the BIG mistake of assuming I could get equally as good glasses for less from Bailey Nelson - I WAS 100% WRONG. The glasses I received from Bailey Nelson were awful in every way. I then proceeded to book a fitting at Eye-deology Vision Care and the experience and result was so much better. My vision with my new glasses is awesome, I absolutely love my new look, and the staff made everything so easy and educational. All that, and I paid less than what I did for the awful glasses from Bailey Nelson. This place is the real deal - professionals providing professional services and products. I totally trust them with my eye care and eyewear. You should too!

The front staff is amazing and we have been buying our glasses here for a couple years. I decided to get my kids eyes checked this year there and wish I didn’t. The eye doctor (Dr Sarah Virji) was frustrated with my son because he was overly warm as the office was hot and was rude with him as he was trying to concentrate, then she decided to come out and get upset with me because I couldn’t afford to get him new glasses 6 months ago when his prescription had changed. I’m sorry that I don’t have disposable income and no insurance coverage on glasses. We came in as soon as I could afford to. I thought about continuing buying glasses and just not going for eye exams there anymore, but the more I think about it once my kids glasses are in we won’t be back. There are plenty more places we can go that will treat us better.

So my purchase was about a year ago and I probably would not have bothered to write the review had I not received such a better experience elsewhere. So I purchased glasses mostly for evening driving/ tv . I was sold the anti-glare, scratch resistant etc, etc $1000 cost. Within a few weeks the lens had a terrible scratch which was very disappointing being that I only wore them for driving and always stored in case. A case that was too small from the time I received the glasses. Due to covid I did not return the glasses immediately. Within a few months I noticed the glare from lights,t.v etc was getting worse. I chose to purchase new glasses from a competitor. 9months later absolutely no problems with new glasses, $300 cost. So in the end I'm left with conclusion that what eye-deology offered and provided was inferior and over-priced. Happy I did not return. Thought I would add to the review because the "owner" response was so doubtful of my review. First off "elronzio " is a user name.lol Secondly, thought I spared the location the details of my customer experience there. Being that I did return with the glasses, (bout a year ago now) and the employee I spoke with did look at the glasses and did not offer replacement, warranty etc. No but did dispute how I must have been clumsy possibly dropped them, left them laying around etc. I found humorous, as not previously mentioned in the review because I was not pursuing compensation, just explaining my dissatisfaction. The owner response about how I must have confused the location sounds much like the individual that refused to accept responsibility for the scratches that most likely occured from the case that was too small for the glasses they included. Refusing to accept any responsibility says more about your business then I could in a review.

Amazing! Dr. Ash is such a great doctor. The entire team was really welcoming and the opticians helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses. I am so happy with my purchase. I have never seen better. The rest of my family were extremely happy with the level of care and service. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend.
