I used to have constant discomfort and pain in my eyes and Dr. Torbeih suggested I try the dry eye treatment. I agreed and after the first session I found immediate relief and comfort. I did two more sessions and my eyes have never felt better. I plan to also do the laser treatment very soon. Dr. Torbeih truly cares and wants the best for all his patients. I highly recommend!!!!

In addition, I purchased an expensive pair of glasses less than 2 years ago. I took them in for repair, only to be told the type of frame was irreparable. This information should have been disclosed at the time of purchase. This store is in no way a health care minded facility, but rather a retail establishment first and foremost, with a few optometrists sometimes available.

V	VMC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here a few days ago for my child's pediatric eye exam and we will never go back. Receptionist are okay and decent, but not the doctor. He has a cold demeanor and doesn't seem to like his job. You shouldn't advertise for pediatric eye exam if your doctor has no skill and professionalism to do the said exam. Or maybe his apathetic attitude is due to not making money off of a child's eye exam. I will gladly pay another doctor somewhere else where my child is shown respect and have a more positive experience.
N	Nova Yan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a customer here for probably 10 years now and they are always amazing! I see Dr Torbeih every 2 years and he is always so personable, kind, and educational. The rest of the staff are also wonderful in helping me pick out frames that suit me and give suggestions that I may not necessarily choose for myself, but most often be the ones I go for. I've been to places in the past who don't care what you pick out and don't have an opinion when you ask how you look in certain frames. I call that poor customer service and a lack of knowledge in style in fashion! I definitely can say this never happens at Total Focus Northgate. They always have a huge selection of designer frames that you will never see anywhere else. In fact, I dont think I have ever not gotten compliments on my glasses! I always get my glasses in a timely manner and getting them fitted is always so easy because the staff are pros and always have tips and tricks to customize the frames for you. I love wearing glasses and I love shopping for them here!! Thank you for my new Tom Ford glasses!!

Talking about excellent, respectful and helpful staffs, give to to Total focus staffs. Olivia is one good and helpful one. I love my glasses!!
