Excellent customer service as service provider allowed us to pick out frames beyond posted hours of operation and did not make us feel rushed. Provider was familiar with CAF billing which made for a hassle free experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is great but they upsell the anti glare option as though it is a necessary option and it is a $70 add on. When AISH or the Military are paying for the glasses these cost are not covered and it puts the client in a bad position. Please don't upsell the anti glare option to clients that clearly can not afford this option. It is pressure sales in a health care environment which is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great experience! All the staff were super friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Tim, who helped me find a couple really nice frames for a fair price. There is a great selection of frames, even if you're on a budget, and the process is smooth and seamless, especially for military members.
Highly recommend this place if you need glasses.

After having the same pair of glasses for almost a decade, I wasn’t sure what glasses I would want or what looks good on me. I had previously went to three eyewear stores and two of them being little to no help and not finding anything I fell in love with. An amazing lady referred me to Tim. I felt really down thinking I was never going to find anything. As soon as I walked into urban vision I was greeted by Tim. He wasted no time in helping me and trying to get a feel of what I may like to look at. When I told him I was unsure he started looking for frames that would look good and fit properly. Now I’m in love with my new set! From now on this is the only store I will be purchasing my glasses from for my family and myself. I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place because it is just that great! Thanks again Tim
