★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a pedicure done and it was horrible. After the nail polish was applied I noticed my heals felt worse and more ruff than before. They had to do the pedicure all over again to smooth the heals and it was difficult not to mess the nail polish. I did not appreciate spending the extra time. Needless to say that I've had this service done countless if times and the result was always very smooth feet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to go get one of my nails removed because it was broken, and the girl that assist me was treating me horrible, I felt like I wasn’t belong there. Afterwards she wanted to charge me $2 just for a broken nail, and why would I pay $2 when I spent $90 on my nails at this place? I shouldn’t have been charged $2 in the first place. And then when I told her the same thing happened to one of my nails the last time I went back there, and they didn’t charge me at all she threw off an attitude, said “ok bye!,” and walked away. I felt like confronting her about it, but it was not even worth my time. This is not how you talk to any of your clients! Charging me $2 just because I wanted one of my nails removed, this place is a total scam, and you got people working there who don’t clearly know how to be respectful towards their clients. And after walking out I was in a bad mood. I will never be coming back here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there today to get a refill for my previous service that I spend $80 and then They charge me $60!!! which is a ripoff. and deny me the stamp they insistently promote for each time you spend more than $30 you get a stamp. and as soon as you get more than 10 pedicures. you get $20 off. The reason for not giving me the stamp was because I paid “cash” which does not make any sense!. These people are greedy! They do not care to keep their customers. The service is not the best either. They rush you too much. They also tell you something and end up charging you something completely different. I am beyond disappointed and I am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay service up until my last couple visits.. Last pedicure I contracted toe fungus from this place. (I’m thinking dirty tools ?) As well when I went to get my acrylics taken off she cut my skin with the file twice around my nail bed, and pulled at my natural nail because she didn’t file or soak the nail off but rather ripped it off with a big metal thing. The other ladies I have seen there were awesome and took their time. But these last experiences have definitely left a negative experience.
