Friendly but the lady watched TV more than making conversation with me which is great if you just want down time.

Arrived on time, escorted to the chair and they confirmed the water was not too hot. 1/2 hour later I was still waiting, not a single employee gave an explanation while other customers arriving later were started on their manicure appointments. I guess pedicure appointments are not important. Not the first time they've been late or where I felt they've rushed the service, but it is the last. I left without my pedicure and I won't return.
