Also, my three year old son and I go here for regular cleanings and the service provided is nothing but exceptional. This dental office is a family favourite and I recommend everyone to try it out!

Over the years at Castledowns Dental, I've experienced various wonderful hygienists but today I had the cream of the crop (Olivia). She was gentle (most important to me), thorough and informative. A dental office is only as good as the staff and Dr Sloboda has done a great job of surrounding himself with the right people. His friendly demeanour puts you at ease and all his work was done to perfection. My smile is in great hands!?

I have been coming to Castledowns Dental for over 30 years so in that length of time I have met many different staff members. I have always been impressed with the friendly service and quality of care and workmanship shown.?

After a recommendation from my sister we decided we would try Dr. Sloboda. His office is beautiful, he seemed to be somewhat knowledgeable, and we had excellent cleanings. Why such a poor review you ask? This office proceeded to give my husband a root canal and a crown without verifying that he was covered! So our $700 bill is now $1400. I realize this is part our responsibility as well but none the less, I phoned the billing department to ask what we can do about this. I know there is room for negotiation. However Dr Sloboda REFUSES to negotiate. First rule of business …. It is easier to retain a client then to obtain a new one. So, I will pay the bill and never go back. Not only are we never returning, but my sisters family of five will no longer be returning. The billing lady was kind and ended our conversation with ‘when you find your new clinic let us know and we will send your file over’. I guess easy come, easy go. So the moral of the story here is, do not expect this office to have your back or even your best interest. We are all just a dollar to them. Melissa G.

M	Mery Gniazdowsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been going to this dentist for many years when I had insurance coverage and I didn’t have to worry About the cost of dental work, cleaning etc. Now I am retired and I do not have insurance, Castledowns Dental is over priced, the dentist didn’t spend more than 3 minutes with me, made recommendations for treatment and when I told him that I do not have insurance, he didn’t seem to care. The prices here are way more than other clinics. I found a new dentist, they are wonderful, friendly and they took the time to explain my options for treatment, prices and even told me about a payment plan. I definitely do not recommend this clinic.
