★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was extremely disappointed with the customer service at the store from . As a new pet owner I was turned off from using Petvalu. I had purchased a puppy food from a pet value on the southside of Edmonton and due to my job I’m all over the city. I was told that if my puppy didn’t like the pet food I had 10 days to return it so I went to this location to return it and she refused to take it Because she said it wouldn’t sell at her location and she didn’t have room on her shelf for it?! I asked her if she knew a location nearby that sold it and she said no and looked at me blankly. She was not helpful at all nor apologetic and she told me that I can drive around that side of the city and find which one took the food. I made a Formal complaint with head office. If you’re a busy single mom like me it's better you find your pet needs at stores like petsmart where you can return at any location. In this day and age convenience is everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The women here are so amazing and helpful. Came in for some puppy chow for my new pup and the one girl knew and recommended various brands with helpful insight. Then moved onto shampoo and both associates had some great advice. Highly recommend supporting this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a cat carrier I wanted only to be told that the tag on it was incorrect and wanted to charge me more. Said only management could decide that. They were busy! Think the staff should be trained to handle the situation better. 5.00 was not going to break them surely.

I also booked my pup in for a nail trim, last appointment of the day...we went to the wrong location making us late, the groomer still waited for us and was so kind about our mix-up. The staff is always so friendly and they are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I honestly can even get a good picture she's way to excited over this bone! Thanks so much for the recommendation ☺️? I love working next door. Pleasant knowledgeable staff. Tons of variety and the price is right. Love that this location supports Little cats lost in their adoption process. Did see a cutie pie there today. Anyways highly recommend location. Be sure to set up an account to stay updated on sales and perks cause they are the bomb. I will be back ;)
