M	Michael Oke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog Brucey in for a grooming on March 9 at 8am. He was man handled and has razor burns on his chest and I have the pictures to prove it. I called the owner and she kept saying “what do you want me to do about it”. Brucey has been traumatized and has not stopped shaking since he was groomed. The owner would not give me the groomer s name. I will not go back there ever. Bow wow grooming books too many dogs in gor appointments at the same time. Instead of being gentle with our pets they rush through it. Do not bring your dogs here for grooming!!!!

I called with short notice to sneak my pup in and they made it work which I was so happy for! When I dropped her off they asked a lot of questions so I know she was going to be looked after. When I picked her up her hair cut was done great just what I asked for and she came with a little bow making her twice as cute! Then when I got home I seen the best part... They had given her a little bubble butt and I can't help but be in love! Ten out of ten will go back again

We were growing his coat out for the winter and now my dog is cold and looks terrible for Christmas. The woman on the phone was not helpful at all. They should have taken notes so this could have been avoided. We are so upset and mad at our experience. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

When she came back she had razor burns on both sides of her neck along with nicks on her ears neck and belly. She is a very energetic dog, after her grooming she was not the same. Sleepy absolutely no energy snippy at us which she has never been. This lasted from 2:00pm till roughly 11:00 pm. Make you wonder if she was drugged. We have had her to other groomers in the past with no issues. Bow wow will never get our business again. Adding to this review: It is now Dec 13 we finally took the cone off our little dog that prevented her from scratching the razor burns on both sides of her neck and multiple nicks all over her especially her ears. She has not been the same dog and is slowly starting to come around. I cannot stress this enough, if you want your dog injured and traumatized go to Bow Wow. Stay away from these frickin butchers.

My last Yorkie Braxie died of old age and now I have a new Yorkie and he is going there now. The new intro to getting his hair cut was great we look forwards to all the hair cuts to come.

He suffered a stroke in 2018 and I worried they would not be able or willing to groom him as he had lost mobility and would involuntarily pee from anxiety. The first time I took him there after his stroke, he did pee on the staff but they didn’t complain and were so kind and understanding. He’s gotten better and can stand for short periods of time, and always comes home looking like a brand new boy. Because of his disability, he gets a lot of matting as it is difficult to brush and wash him at home, but they clean him up so well and give him so much love. I’ve tried taking him elsewhere but no one is as caring, patient, and understanding of his difficulties as the Bow Wow team. Me and my family are very thankful to have a groomer we trust to keep his fur clean and healthy. Looking forward to his next, much needed, groom!
