★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been going to Dr Pohl for years. I'm afraid of dentists but Dr Pohl is amazing and makes me feel very comfortable. She explains everything before hand and her manner is efficient and very polite. The assistants are also friendly, I travel from the southside just to see her, I hope she'll be my dentist for years to come. I would highly recommend her and her staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gladys Pohl is one of the best dentists I've ever encountered. During an especially difficult procedure, she was always making sure I was doing fine and telling me to let me know if I needed a break.
Everyone who works at Lakeside behaves in a similar fashion - always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure their patients are happy and comfortable. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would highly recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandmother went there for some fillings. This place is only after your money. Because her english is not very good they tricked and lied to her many times. They held money from her even though they told her they would send her money back after they thought she didn't have insurance, which she did. They told her they would send the information to the insurance, after weeks we realized the money was still not in her bank account. We called them again and they said the had the money, but they had it on hold so my grandmother would go back and spend the money there. My grandmother told them that she went to the Northgate clinic to get the other procedures done. The doctor got mad at her asking why she would do that instead of choosing them. She still had the audacity to demand an explanation from her, when this doctor was the one stealing from her. It must have been some strategy to get more money in thier pocket. We are furious and still waiting for my grandmother to get her money back. DONT TRUST this money hungry, unprofessional clinic who takes advantage of the elderly and esl community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just read some of the negative reviews about this clinic and I was genuinely surprised. I’ve been taking myself and three children here for over a decade. I have really appreciated the care, concern, and professionalism which I have always experienced as a client. I feel as if the staff go out of their way to help me and my children at every turn. I’ve always felt the billing was fair and accurate, the advice sound, and the cleanings to be gentle and relaxing. I do recommend this clinic based on my 10 years of personal experience as a client at Lakeside Dental.

Before Dr. Pohl I dreaded going to the dentist for even routine visits. A visit with her and her staff is always a pleasant experience and I know I am taken care of with the best dental services provided. I highly recommend Lakeside Dental and Dr. Pohl for any and all dental care needs.

The clinic is always spotless, on time, and they spend the time to get it right. We live in St.Albert now but would never dream of leaving Gladys and her team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been going to Dr Pohl for many years, and have always been really happy with the care we get. I have dental anxiety, and Dr Pohl is very patient, encouraging me to bring my knitting, since it helps me stay calm while she works. Her hygienist is also excellent, numbing my gums before tackling my teeth, and distracting me as she works.
