S	Shannon Tokio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR PET NEVER USE THIS PLACE. I took my kitten here yesterday afternoon for a "meet and greet " and the vet (son) told me that my kitten needed to be vaccinated and de wormed. They were quite rough with her. Then the vet went to de wormed her ... my kitten started frothing at the mouth, jumped down and tried to hide under the chair. I picked her up and put her back on the table and the "vet" stood there staring at her doing nothing to help her. I told him to help her....to do something....still he stood there doing nothing. I then told him to get a cloth and wash it off of her , which is what he finally did. Then he tried to wipe her face with the same spot of the cloth. I had to tell him to get another cloth to wipe her face with. He never checked her out again, he just said that sometimes that just happens, and if she gets any sicker to call the after hours number on the bottom of my bill and left to see the next patient. I asked the receptionist if his dad was any better and she said "like father like son ". I paid the bill and took my baby home. All she's done since yesterday is sleep, cry, chatter (what a horrible sound) and looks like she's trying to swallow something but she doesn't have anything in her mouth. Everytime I pick her up she screams in pain. Im giving her until tomorrow morning and if she not any better, I'll be taking her to another vet. This vet is a disgrace to the profession

When my dog passed of 17 years these people literally picked me up off the sidewalk outside the buisness and treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion through a very difficult time. When the time came for me to begin another pet parent journey with a brand new 8 and a half week old puppy I couldn't think of anywhere else for him to be looked after. The people here always greet the both of us when we go there, they always remember our names, always go out of their way to see how we are doing, and what is most important to me is that they give out suggestions and support for resources to better your pets health with keeping your needs in mind. I will never take my pet anywhere else and I highly recomend that if you need anything for your pet take them here as you will be taken care of with an over an above approach Thanks everyone keep up the amazing work that you all do!!!! I truely appreciate all of you

He came after hours to attend to the needs of my dog. Not only does he take time to get to know the animal but he also takes time to get to know the family. Thank you Dr.Parmer for everything you do for us, we truly appreciate.

S	Stanice Markham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Yorkie to the Dr here to get her teeth cleaned. He pulled 10 teeth and sent us home with only 1 day of painkillers for her. I took her back several times that week to see why she wasn't eating, and was told that I just had a spoiled dog, and it was all my fault. He didn't care how much pain she was in at all. That was 3 weeks ago. I took her to another vet where she was diagnosed with pancreatitis. On Friday I rushed her to the hospital and quickly found out that she had SEVERE ILEUS from her SURGERY! She has been suffering for 3 weeks because of their incompetency and may die. NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!!!! UPDATE After our sweet girl got put on medication to treat her SEVERE ILEUS, she passed a large amount of cotton in her stool which they failed to remove after her tooth removal! She then started a 3 month battle for her life with Crohns as a result of their negligence which she eventually lost. We put our sweet girl down 2 weeks ago at less than 6lbs, ( she was 11lbs when I took her for her teeth to be cleaned by this monster) and after months of suffering. THIS WAS ALL CAUSED BY THIS DR'S NEGLIGENCE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

Dr. Parmer told us to come straight to his office and he would meet us there. After some tests and some fantastic veterinarian care, our dog was diagnosed. Thanks so much for all the fabulous care you've given to all our family pets.
