Currently, I have been with the company for almost two years and my position has grown into managing the north Edmonton office. Insight is a great organization that allows me to grow with the business. Insight makes me feel like a valuable employee - my skills are utilized and I am challenged. It’s really great working for a company when you believe in what they do. The psychologists at Insight are very caring and compassionate and I have formed friendships with many of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I'm seeing Hang Huynh, not long, but she's very empathetic and heartfelt in her connection with you to what your saying. It's nice to feel heard. She is non-judgmental which is a relief, but might be nice to get some opinionated output, but maybe she wants to know me more before she tells me how crazy I am lol. I think out of all the counseling, Psychogists, and whatever she seems like she REALLY just listens and doesn't make you feel like your just another paycheck or number. She doesn't feel like she interrogates me with an over amount of questions and when I tell her something that might raise eyebrows (judgement), she stays neutral (so her output portrays). It's nice, she easy to talk to, and let's you get out some issues. At first session she didn't really write things down, maybe just a 'getting to know' session, but I like when she's writing things down, wants to record me. To me it's like she wants to study me which use to make me feel invaded, but with her it feels more genuine and if anyone was analyzing me I'm glad it's her. 10 stars ? for REALLY paying attention to her clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is intended to warn others of the contracts they enter into with insight. Their service they provide is through. But. Any service where you require more than a consult, ensure you ask them through out the process the costs and expenses that can, and have so far occurred to ensure the service is reasonable.
My ask is next time you, insight, better communicate with your clients the total possible hours required, contract aside. You have stated in confidence similar.By providing that flexibility you could have earned a life long client +2. Not only that but this lack of communication caused myself with lots of anxiety. Something one wouldn't expect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At a time when mental health is becoming the forefront of our well being, Insight Psychologicals approach and policies do not fit the compassion needed when we need it most. I couldn’t even make an appointment to deal with some relationship troubles I’ve been having and wanted to explore Insight for assistance. They wanted a big deposit which I explained I couldn’t pay until appointment day. That wasn’t good enough and they canceled my appointment. Shocking and money is king at Insight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my hesitations about starting therapy in person but I’m very happy with the services at Insight. Professional, clean, friendly, available, and well organized. The booking system they use is easy and provides booking reminders by text and email, which is great for my busy schedule. Also works with my insurance provider (and assuming most insurance companies). Highly recommend.
