About The Dentists at Northgate
I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and despite the anxiety I get when I go to the dentist, I always leave... here feeling at ease. Dr Sandhu and her dental assistant (Im sorry I forget her name) are always great with me, and the front receptionists are absolutely lovely. They are very professional and transparent when it comes to costs which I am very grateful for!I gotta give a HUGE props to Kristen my hygienist though! I absolutely adore her and she always makes me feel super comfortable and well taken care of. She's got such good vibes and she always makes my experience an enjoyable one. Never thought I'd say it, but I'm looking forward to my next visit to the dentist. ?read more

โ โ โ โ โ My wife went in and saw a Dentist and was told she would need a root canal. Then was given antibiotics. She then booked the procedure. That was a nightmare as the receptionist wanted to book a consultation. My wife was direct and to the point saying that she was already there and now needed to book the procedure. We scrambled to be there and I dropped her off with kids in hockey everything is a tight schedule.
She went back ready for her appointment only to have the dentist tell her she wasnt booked for the procedure and that they didnโt have time to do the procedure. She was really upset and the staff was rude to her. Further charged her again for a consultation. I strongly advise against using this facility. We have had past problems with them as well. They completely hound you with scare tactics and aggressive calling and emailing to get you to come in. However the service is terrible!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I hate going to the dentist, but I really shouldnโt based on how well taken care of I am by The Dentists At Northgate. Even the front desk staff is friendly. Itโs clean, itโs always pleasant. I always feel well taken care of. I just wish I didnโt have nightmares about dentist tools, otherwise, Iโd probably go more regularly.

Iโve been with them for over two years. I moved south of Edmonton, and I choose to still visit for my appointments.
Reason: Melissa does an exemplary job. Kudos to her and the team.

โ โ โ โ โ My family and I have been using Dentists at Northgate for about ten years. Today, I received a cleaning from Kristen Chelala. She has been always amazing โฅ๏ธ but today, she brought me to tears with extra help. I really don't recall how we started with this location, but I highly recommend.
Feeling comfort and non judgemental service is something that we need, and this is our place.

Everything was better than expected. Dr. Churchill did a great job. The procedure was quick and the recovery seems to be going much better than expected. Seems like he did an excellent job! And I'm happy I got the work done. All the staff was top notch. And I'd place my trust in then again
