★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping at WEM we decided to go to BP on burban street we were greeted and we asked to be seated near the semi terrace the server literally threw the menus on the table and didn't wait on us we walked up and left 15 minutes after being seated.... we went to BP across rhe city and omg what a great experience the server was so polite 5 stars is not enough to give her justice she went above and beyond expectations after hearing what happened to us she her name was Kelly If I can remember her smile was so nice and attitude was on point my 4 year old even colored a heart on a napkin for her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience we had a gentleman serve us he forgot out appetizer and didn't even appologize we ordered a 7 cheese ravioli and a steak the steak was over done and when we said something he didn't care. He never once came back to refill our glasses and this place is run down I'm won't be coming back and I'm suprised people eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first-time dinning here we had shannon as our server and it was not a good experience my daughter didn't like the unicorn lemonade and when we said something she gave us a really bad attitude I wanted to walk out and leave how is this kind of service acceptable . She didn't come back once for refills and we watched her standing at the front talking to all the other employees I won't be returning this is not how you treat customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven’t been to a Boston Pizza in years due to a bad experience that left a bad taste. Tonight we thought we would give it a second chance. Well… their ordering App screwed up and deleted a special request ( required due to a severe allergy) I called and they will do nothing about it! Thanks Boston Pizza! The best part of this order was the kind and funny delivery guy, as for the pizza? It gets zero stars cause I can’t eat it! There wont be a third time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this location before and never had an issue, except all BPs are way over priced. This occasion I ordered a Big Dipper which I have before, they seemed to have changed it to and chunk of meat not shaved. It was a piece of rubber, I couldn’t chew it or even taken a bite without the sandwich coming apart. The server was amazing and very polite, they did remove the order from my bill, but they should not have changed that sandwhich. It was so much better before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our server Jesse M was courteous, friendly and attentive. Great Service! I had Thai Chicken bites(tasty) and friends had Steak Sandwiches. Their steaks were cooked to perfection and commented on how good they were from a restaurant that's not a steakhouse!
