★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay close attention to your bills. All 3 oilers playoff games I went here and all 3 times they double charged me on my bills assuming I would not notice. All 3 times I brought it to there attention and they were quick to change the bill and appologize.
Now I can forgive it happening once, all 3 times in the space of a week? What are the odds? They are clearly scamming people and hoping they wont notice. Pizza is 8$ on special how are you going to offer my table the deal then charge 16?
Appy menu for sweet potato fries and wings is $10.50, then bring a bill for $19?
$13 for a shareable nachos but charge 20 on the bill? Seriously these guys need to be criminally investigated they are openly ripping people off. If they did this to me and my family 3 days in a week. They have done it to hundreds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute, we had to move our large party from a restaurant down the street that failed us. We called this BP location and spoke to Sarah. She had a table set up for 30 in 5 minutes before we could even arrive. The service was exceptional and the food was what you would expect of the BP chain. The welcoming and accommodating staff were terrific. Thanks for getting us out of a jam. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very impressed. Friday night can be busy I understand but food came out cold asked for fries no gravy. Waiter left our food in the kitchen way too long then tried to avoid us until someone else got our food. Just not happy!! Do better

We ordered a medium rare steak and she came back with just our side saying she accidentally ordered a well done steak so the kitchen had to fix it and we were waiting more time just to eat our meal. Instead we got our order to go and went home instead of having a meal in a nice restaurant. Also the bulldog drinks were awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Bp location sucks, first time I ordered. I live 40 mins from this location as I was driving by, ordered a Caesar and fettuccine with rose sauce. Came hone to find they forgot the Caesar dressing hence why it’s Caesar salad…and half sized portion of fettuccine noodles. First and last time at this location! (Morinville location best location.)

Even though everyone has to run around everywhere, they do their best to help you in whatever way they can. I really appreciate the staff here at BP's. They are very kind and friendly. The food is also amazing. Thank you
