Ordered a few apps for a movie night...
Nachos only had onions on it, hardly any cheese
Mozza sticks were all hollow every one of them
Shrimp in a basket had SHELLS on it still!!
Ordered pickles they forgot them.
For $114 - not acceptable
Never again, honestly save your money not worth it !

I absolutely never leave bad reviews, but this time I was appalled by the situation that had occurred. My husband and I have been coming to this location over ten years always good service and friendly manager. a few days ago we decided to go for pizza, we drive from the west end to this location each time, always order the same half and half with no issues, this time my half got ham instead of pepperoni, unfortunately I really don’t like ham at all, ate 1.5 pieces and realized it really tasted off, so after looking and seeing I spoke to the waitress, the manager came out and expected his pleasant self, got a completely different side of him, blaming people that order half and half, that they were never doing that again, then getting mad at the waitress, asks us so what do you want? Some pieces of pepperoni? My husbands like well maybe a small in what she ordered, so he did, was rude the entire time, husband boxes up the rest of his half, get home to later have a piece of the remade pizza and completely raw, most nasty thing ever, I was so pist off. I had to throw the entire pizza out, so we paid for a large pizza and got half. we will absolutely never be returning especially after ten years of being customers to then get treated like that. They don’t deserve our business and see many have the same complaints as we do. keep this up and people will just go to a different location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great fresh food, portions ate large, spacious comfortable booths to relax and catch up with a friend for lunch. Service was attentive. Restaurant was clean. Ordered takeout during covid, was nice to be back to dine in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent $60 for raw pizza. The dough and toppings were raw in the middle. Took it back to the restaurant. Server argued it was cooked and implied we were trying to get free pizza. She refused to refund the cost and replace the pizzas. After much arguing and debate (she still insisted the pizza was cooked) she agreed to make one medium pizza. It was more raw than the original pizza. Her unwillingness to listen and acknowledge the facts left me so unsettled that I will never return or recommend this restaurant. If you’re looking for a premium pizza go to Royal Pizza. At least you get a cooked pizza and a value for your dollar. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place. Pizza ? like no other. Full of cheese and toppings it will fill you up. Fries ? are amazing as well. Salads are big and great. Pasta ? big helpings and really good ? you won’t be disappointed at this restaurant, only full ?the price is right, oh let’s not forget the burgers and wings and nachos are filling and flavourful. Staff are nice and friendly and professional. Hungry ? there’s takeout delivery ? and sit in. Bar on one side to watch game or restaurant on other. It’s always a good time
