★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time tried Papa John's pizza. OMG it is way better than Domino pizza. I was a long term Domino's pizza Domino no longer that $12.99 4 toppings, so decided to try PAPA John ! This is my pizza EXTRA LARGE and with 6 toppings on 50% off TUESDAY only cost me $13. It is so tasty and WE LOVE IT !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love papa johns. The pizza is great, the deals are reasonable, and the service is normally really good. But when they deliver this, and say "we can't prove you didn't drop it" that sort of puts you in a position where you can't continue using them. This is the most insane form of customer gaslighting I can think of, and I can't imagine why they would do this, but I would recommend a different location if ordering them at all after this fiasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kinda becoming disappointed by this franchise. Bought dips that are now smaller in size— a dip that is mixed in a big bucket with water. They could make 100s of these little portions with one concentrated bag they use. I could only dip two breadsticks for this one container of marinara. I literally laughed and thought it was a joke when I opened the box. Food was meh. Food is overall quiet pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they sold me a pizza with literally no sauce when i ordered extra sauce ? it was so incredibly dry we could only eat half...pulled up the cheese it was just moist dough. then we called them and they offered 25% off our next order if we call. which i already get online. skip this location folks...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location does not make pizza like the other location. They cheap out on toppings even when you practically beg for extra. The pizza crust is so thin it practically breaks through. It’s gotten worse. It’s too bad because I have to drive out of my way to another location. The one on 137 Ave is way better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this store today . The manager was so rude. His fingernails were dirty and I think he made pizza with those hands.
The dough wasn’t looking fresh at all. When I confronted him - he was rude and disrespectful.The pizza was not in good shape. He simply disagreed to make the pizza again and just returned me my money.
Will not go there again. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
