Very disturbing interaction with Jenn Lackey. This branch is notorious for having the worst service reps. Thankful that I do not do all of my daily banking with scotiabank, they are only my backup account. Scotiabank only cares about their pockets and not about customer service, or customer satisfaction. They don't have your best interests at heart. ? sad

Avoid scotiabank at all costs. They are greedy and only care about lining their pockets, rather than assisting people. They are scammers and didn't help me when my account was fraudulently accessed. Myself, my friends and my entire family will be closing all accounts with scotiabank, after all being customers for over 12 years. Scotiabank should be ashamed of themselves. 0 stars. BANK ELSEWHERE!!!!

If i could give this bank a zero. I love scotia bank. But, avoid this branch. Customer service is not there #1 priority. When you ask questions about your bank or have a request. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. Extremly poor customer service. Please district manager, send someone to check on the teller.

I am still shock and in disbelief about what I witness today at this branch. After reading a few review which was very poor. my wife and I Still decided to transfer all of our account and direct deposit to this branch from another bank ,so I make an appointment to see a financial adviser P.T, when we got there she came out looking as if we just disturb her I told her we have an appointment to see her , she then said its about opening a account right , I said yes and some advise too, she then call a teller saying help these guys and went back in her office, my wife and i look at each other then walk over to the teller realizing we are about to give very confidential information standing beside other customer and worst of all we where suppose to be dealing with a adviser for the business we are doing, we immediately told her we are no longer interested and walk out. This was so disrespectful and unprofessional of P.T.it seem as if she pick and choose who she do service with ,but I don't think upper management will be happy of her turning away new clients. very sad these review are getting worst and no improvement.

Very poor experience with Parisa Tookhee. As the other review mentioned, it seems like she doesn't want to spend time to help the clients, no professionalism at all. It took her long time to reply emails, return phone calls, had to follow up couple times for her to respond. Booked a phone call appointment with her and got cancelled by her, booked again and no calls at the booked time, no emails no explanations after. STAY AWAY.

I have called into the bank numerous times over the last month to book or adjust (due to working out of town) an appointment to renew my mortgage. Everytime it equates to 45 to 60min wait just to get my call answered. No excuse for this Scotia bank.... Get better!!!
