This is my second bad encounter. First time I came a while ago and they had a hair in my burger. Second time I went today and I ordered after one hour and 20 mins I went up to them and asked where my order was they havent even started on the order. Their excuse was that they were busy but I made sure to let the employee know that I wanted my order done in a specific time and she confirmed. Worst service ever, ended up refunding the amount and left the restaurant.

The quality of the food they serve is superb and always fresh, you can tell they really care about what they are doing! I eat here often, and will continue to do so; always delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over 30 minutes waiting for 4 burgers that were simple to make, super slow and terrible service they asked redundant questions like are we waiting for our food as we stand inside? No I am just standing here for fun because I have nothing better to do. It was not busy at this time either there was 1 other order being made at the time. Also there seemed to not be a good working dynamic between the employees as they did not communicate with one another.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skip the dishes went down and there was issues everywhere. We left at 1 AM to get some food and stopped at Fatburger (Never go here). The owner was in from his home to help with the chaos. He was super friendly despite the issues, handling the drivers, phone, and his team. They looked stressed but are still working hard at 1:42 AM. I think sometimes we stop to appreciate the people working behind the orders. Thanks for the great food and service on a cold Canadian night ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean restaurant and polite and helpful staff. The meals came out looking very nice. The milkshake I have to say was awesome the taste was just amazing. The homemade onion rings were very good too. The burgers were good but I may have picked the wrong flavor that day so before I rate them on the burgers I will try one of the other before I make a full review on the burgers. Keep up the good work guys and I look forward to our next visit to try your other Burgers.
