★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 20 min out of my way just to find out they closed 20 min early. They had 4 other customers and just ignored us. If you want to close early then change your times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food but the location of Namao Center must not have seen the commercial where the girl orders Take Out and walks in and out right away. I ordered Take Out and walked up to the Take Out counter and waited, and waited, and waited, all the time watching how servers were busy doing other things, like taking other customer orders and serving clients who where seated at a table. When a server finally came back from serving a table I had to say to him, "I'm here for a pick-up." He then looked at the only bag that had been sitting there for the last 5 minutes and confirmed my name and then gave it to me. So... it seems there's no express Take Out at the Namao Center South location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on Edo, this was the most disgusting meal we've ever ordered. Dogs wouldn't eat it! Cold rice, watery sauce, burnt veggies and meat! Lazy and lack of cleaning equipment. Definetily will not come back for this putrid food! Service was not very friendly either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a 70 piece sushi platter through their online platform 5 days in advance. I paid and got confirmation. When we went to pick up yesterday they said there is no order because we did not go in store to confirm despite having a confirmation email that we showed them. Employees were very rude. Then said come back in 30 minutes. Husband went back 1.5 hours later and they still gave him trouble. Instead of getting a big platter like advertised we got two small ones with a huge tub of Wasabi but only a few packs of soya sauce. Sushi was absolutely disgusting, it was definitely not made fresh. Our guests are big sushi eaters and were very disappointed, they said it was the worst they have every had from Edo
