★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 45 minutes to get 3 items. Ordered two sandwiches and they were incredibly bland. One sandwich had no sauce and the other had way too much. green pepper slices were gigantic. Also didn't include any napkins or cutlery in the bag for super messy food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is purely on my latest visit tonight. I have been a long time regular loyal customer. I am so regular here the girls who works here know my order even before I walk in the door. Tonight, however the guy working the cash can use a lesson in customer service and treating loyal regular customers or any customer for that fact. I was so upset I walked out without placing my order. The poor guy working the grill was looking at his co-worker like WTH dude customer service. If this is my first visit it would be my last. I will now check to see who is working before coming back I will not return if this young man is working. I feel bad for the owner because he worked hard to develope this business only to have a bad employee working for him. Last time I was there when he was the cook he always over cooks our food. Seems like he has a lot ofnlessons to learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Philly cheese steak. The bun is soft. The meat is juicy. The sauce is good and sweet. The portion is good. Mac and cheese wedges is a bit pricey but they are tasty.

Lots of reviews here that basically say "I eat here every week and its the best food on earth but last time I ordered 8 pickles and one was kinda small, then waited to get home and complain on the internet, never coming here again." Its an awesome local business. High quality ingredients. High prices. Its a treat, not an everyday thing. If something is wrong with the order, talk to the staff. But do yourself a favor and try it once for sure. Dont let a review about too much lettuce in a salad stop you. Support local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is excellent, service is lacking. Staff needs to learn how to multi task as there is no foresight with how things are being prepared. There is no reason for 2 sandwiches and a poutine to be completed THEN have chicken dropped into the fryer. Food is then sitting out getting cold waiting for chicken strips to cook. And no, it was not busy.

My girlfriend has a food allergy to red meat, the staff took extra levels to make sure the grill is clean for that chicken parm sandwich. 5 star all the way. Great job ? support local. Great staff with amazing food gonna keep me coming back for sure
