Tried to get a loan from the bank I've been with for 20 years now and all they gave me was the runaround as I have great credit and good income. The loan agent lied and said that my credit card was maxxed out as a test question and I denied it and he persisted that it was at the limit in which it was not at the time. Did not even get a call back or email saying that they rejected my loan. I would not recommend this place for a loan.

TD charges way to much for their banking fee's so I went in to close my chequing account. This five star review is for the service I received. The wait was short and middle eastern teller was super sweet and made it painless!

The best TD Bank out of all of them in Edmonton and surrounding areas. I'm having a difficult time right now but it's my own doing and has nothing to do with the bank or the service it provides. Love the tellers. Sooo helpful.

Dealt with Monica Singh on 2020-09-05 and was refused entry to the bank and banking machines. ( she had 5 people standing around her with one tellar open inside the bank) Banks provide a service to others.They are not here to enforce rules, to belittle, berate or badmouth customers in front of OTHER customers. This could happen to you folks.

Worst TD bank in Canada. I tried to take out a line of credit 3 weeks ago, my wife and I both have good credit and we shouldn’t have a problem. Not here, 1- booked an over phone appointment at 9am no one called so we called them at 9:15 to which they replied β€œwe are short staffed we will call back” 9:30 they finally called. 2- I felt as though they had no idea what they were doing and spoke very broken English making an over the phone appointment next to impossible. 3- I was told It would take 5 business days to get back after 10 business days passed I called the branch and they told me the guy helping me is on holiday now so thats why no one got a hold of me? It’s been 3 weeks and nothing has happened. I’ve banked with TD for over 20 years and I’m ready to pull all my accounts with them because of this branch. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs as they are the most unprofessional, unhelpful bank I have ever dealt with. If I don’t hear from them on Monday I will be going to the location to pull all my accounts with this absolute joke of a bank.

Terrible commutation with customers was told I had to wait 20 mins to see the manger end up wait over a hour terrible service wouldnt recommend any using this bank

Booked an appointment for 9am and no one called. And I called that bank again and they said Divya Sharma will give me call back and she also didn't called. Very disappointed with this bank.

This TD branch has someone called Tanya Harb. Investor adviser. WORST MOST IMPAIRED AND ILL MANNERED service you will ever get. Here’s the story: I was referred to her for investing opportunity. Me being the client. She had her nose in the sky from the beginning. Once I told her my intention is to grow my Investments. I am looking for results! She turned the table around and said you are not even qualified for my portfolio. You are under the 1 million dollar. I don’t even normal sit down with you. YOU BARELY HAVE FUNDS TO LIVE OFF FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR. You don’t have emergency money how can I help you if you can’t afford me. Little does she know that I am humble enough not to show off and reveal all I have. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied by the way TD and Tanya dealt with this investment opportunity and the way she puts clients down and humiliates clients in the most unethical way. Not professional.
