Massage Addict

I enjoy going here for massages. I have one therapist that I love to get when I book my appt. The only problem I have is when I book for a 60 minute massage and show up 10 minutes before my appt starts I dont normaly get my massage started until 10 minutes after my appt time and they end directy at the time they are supposed to at the end of the appt. So really we are only getting 45 to 50 mins of massage time. We should be getting massaged for 60 minutes as that is what we pay for. If I am booked for 8 pm and thebmassage doest statt until 8:10 pm we should be getting massaged until 9:10 pm and not at 9:00 pm.

Today I had my first visit with James and Molly and left feeling great. All the positive things said in these reviews are true. I felt 100% comfortable with him. I came in with a lot of tense muscles and left feeling like a new person. Will be booking agian!

Go for quality over convenience, avoid this location! My family has had 3 bad experiences at this location, none of us will return. Visit 1: My 16 year old daughter visited Sarah Matthews at the beginning of COVID. During the massage, Sarah tried to convince my underage daughter that the COVID virus is a government conspiracy, that we shouldn't be wearing masks, not get vaccinated etc. etc. My daughter was extremely uncomfortable at her being so unprofessional, and to my understanding massage therapists are not allowed to give "health advice" outside of their area of expertise. She asked not to return to see Sarah. Visit 2: I saw Karla and had a very uncomfortable massage. Karla would not ease off the pressure even though I communicated multiple times that the pressure was too hard - I was there for relaxation, not to be beat up. I was sweating from being in so much pain. First and last visit for me. Visit 3: My husband had a massage with Bianca this past weekend. He calls this the worst massage of his life. He was booked in for a high pressure massage with cupping. Bianca was not strong enough to provide adequate pressure (Karla, where were you?!) and the cupping marks on his back are NOTHING like I have ever seen on his back. They are extremely small, some of them were done so incorrectly that they are hot to the touch days later. He reports back as wishing he hadn't have gone, as it was a complete waste of money - benefits money or not. In summary, we've had very good experiences with Forward Wellness since these visits - my husband has an appointment at Forward, but was in so much pain that we thought a quick visit to Massage Addict would help until we could get in to see Abby, we were wrong. Go anywhere else - Massage Addict is a scam with terrible therapists!

I had Stana for a therapist today and she has golden hands! I've been having back issues for a long time, and after a short summary of my needs, she knew exactly what and how to do it. She is knowledgeable and very professional. She made my overall experience amazing with her calm demeanor and expert approach. I left feeling much better. Highly recommend her!

Got a massage from James today and it was great! He is confident in his abilities and does thorough work on tight and sore muscles. He incorporated kinetic and orthopedic techniques which really helped improve my range of motion in my hips and totally relaxed my legs. My neck was also quite sore, which James also relaxed and released knots with orthopedic techniques and movement therapy. Feeling so much better after my treatment today! Thanks James and Molly, of course! :)

I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel on March 22, 2022. She was very professional, and kind. She took the time to explain what areas she would be working on, and I found her to be very knowledgeable. This smart, and kind woman gave me the absolute best massage I have ever received, and after everything she took the time to teach me a couple stretches to ensure I don’t run into the same pain as before. I would 100% recommend Rachel at the Namao location for a massage. Thanks Rachel, looking forward to another session.

Terrible experience this evening. The masseuse completely ignored the very area that I initially made a massage appointment for. She concentrated on other areas despite me verbally telling her where I specifically required attention. To top it all off the masseuse quietly exited the room. I waited for her to come back. Finally 10 minutes later I realized that that was the end of the massage and she wasn't coming back! Just wow!! I do NOT recommend this location. I'm not even sure what I think of the brand itself now. Zero customer experience interest. And when I spoke with the manager, she was uninterested in remedying the situation..... Go elsewhere.

I had a massage with Rachel on May 17th and was genuinely beyond impressed!! Rachel was so kind, skilled and knowledgeable and created such a relaxing experience. I absolutely will be returning and specifically requesting Rachel as my masseuse! I even drove away from the massage and got on the phone to some family members recommending that they book in with her as well, my experience was so exceptional! Thanks again, Rachel!!
