Jomaas Pizza was established in 1990 and has been proudly serving Fort McMurray and surrounding oil sand sites since then with four location located in Downtown, Timberlee, Beacon Hill and Thickwood. We are locally owned and operated. We always strive and are committed to ensure that the quality of food is maintained as per the Alberta Food safety regulations.
Additionally with our four locations in town we are able to prepare larger orders while maintaining food quality and still adhering to food safety regulations. β β β β β My favorite pizza place in Edmonton, they have 2 for 1 on all their pizzas which makes them affordable but they also taste amazing. I usually order a meat supreme and a donair deluxe, and I love how the donair deluxe comes with a cup of sweet sauce on the side which also tastes really good!

β β β β β I just ordered a 1/2 donair & 1/2 chicken poutine; it's one of my favorite takeout treats. This is my first time trying their donair poutine. I expected it to be rotisserie grilled donair meat and chicken. It turned out to be donair meat cooked on a griddle and chopped up deep fried chicken strips...
Let's just say that I expected a donair shop with multiple rotisseries right in the front to be used. Did not have sweet sauce either which is pretty standard with every donair poutine I've ordered from anywhere else. It's the most disappointing poutine I've ever had. On top of this I have ordered their pizza in the past and it was also underwhelming with very close competitors having much better quality pizza. I've never felt compelled to write a review while I was eating. Won't return again.

β β β β β Hands-down the worst pizza in Edmonton. At the very least the worst pizza Iβve tried in a year. See the pictures they speak for themselves. The pizza was extremely dry and the cheese was so burnt and over cooked it wouldnβt even stretch. The type of donair used is horrible.

β β β β β I've been uber eating it, due to the cold weather, and I got a uber eats as a gift card for Christmas. Jomaa's is my 4th Donair place to try. I'm on a quest to find the best Donair place. You won't be disappointed, and Jomaa's will be at the top of my list thus far.
I ordered the Super Donair with extra meat (Garlic Sauce). This was the perfect portion for me for the cost. The Donair meat is tasty and not bland like other places. Right amount of tomatoes and lettuce. A 5 out of 5, if the Garlic sauce had more of a garlic taste, it tasted more like a watered down mayonnaises. perhaps from the water from the tomatoes and lettuce, but that's just me. Probably perfect for those who want less of a garlic taste. Also, this Donair is more messier to eat, compared to other places.

β β β β β I ordered here from the first time tonight after reading all the positive reviews, I was impressed with how quick my order was delivered but that quickly changed.
The pizza dough was too doughy for my liking (some people like it like that but I for one don't), so I threw it back in the oven. Problem solved... Or so I thought...
Pretty sure I bit into a rock.. Not 100% sure what it is but it's rock hard and now I have a headache from biting into whatever that was.

β β β β β Ordered a donair on UberEats a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Not every donair place nails it, so I LOVE when I find a place to get a well-made donair. Jomaa's was one of those places; fresh and crisp veggies, quality sauce (I like to get more than one kind), meat that's thinly sliced and cooked well. Not all donair places do a good tzatziki AND good sweet sauce AND good garlic sauce (I enjoy all of them so I switch it up sometimes, or get one on the side and one in my donair). Jomaa's were all good.
I ordered again tonight and had to call to make a small change after placing the order. They were great to deal with over the phone.
I highly recommend them for a good donair!

β β β β β Probably my new favourite for late night week night pizza. And DONAIR ROLLS?!?!?!?
I will try again. But rolls were like a spring roll but stuffed with donair meat. Sweet sauce is more clear looking than any other sweet sauce i had. Pizza was well cooked. Second try coming up in a few weeks. See if its just as good.
