M	Mike Hargreaves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our servers name was Carol. She was the most polite and bubbly server I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Even though the restaurant was not overly busy but did have some other customers she was still attentive and took care of our group of 4 professionally. Flew all the way from Ontario to Edmonton for a visit and am tempted to fly back again just to enjoy her hospitality.

Went for a quick easy breakfast before our sons hockey tournament started for the day and after noticing that March 26 was “Family Day” on their IHOP calendar (picture attached) when we entered we figured there would be something fun for the kids (prizes) or a discount on our families meal (savings), anything really. When we asked about it after receiving our bill the server told us they made a mistake and “it’s not family day, sorry”. No other explanation, no other offer, just a solid NO. Very disappointing, poor customer service. I realize it’s just an IHOP, we weren’t expecting any royal treatment but an acknowledgment to the promotions that your company has very clearly displayed when entering the restaurant would have been decent. We will absolutely not be supporting IHOP moving forward.
s	shayleen trefanenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a quick bite to eat , wasn’t busy so I wasn’t expecting bad service. However that was not the case. Not only was our waitress around the corner on her phone for most of the time, there was also hair in the food and when it came time to pay we asked to speak to management about the issue , the manager came over and argued with us about how we didn’t need to get the food taken off the bill because they brought out a new plate , however was going to offer us a discount, so we agreed and then never received a discount. If I could give zero stars I would.
L	Lori Walsh-Davis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good standard, child friendly restaurant. Our waitress was quite personable and great with the kids. Food was OK. It was under seasoned, but edible. Prices are fare and restaurant is clean. I would return when looking for a place to go with children.
s	sadru sunderji on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very efficient, from the Head Waiter who seated us and the waiter who served us. Breakfast was good, no complaints at all. I have not been here over year plus. Noticed size of pancakes has shrunked. Over all very satisfied.
M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was unorganized when taking orders. Our main waitress ignored us. We were taken care of by a different waiter. Who seemed to be the only person doing any work. Our coffee had grinds in it. My food came out cold. Food was bland/tasteless. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait around forever for cold food.

L	Laura Wall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was pretty good, I've had times where the food wasn't cooked right at this location and it's good to see the cooks are improving. Constructive criticism: The waiter could have been quicker. If they are new, ignore this comment, but if they have been there a while, I would expect that they could handle the moderately filled restaurant a lot better. Just needs to touch up on priorities when waiting on tables, and be able to tend to multiple tables at the same time. It was a very small thing that didn't affect my visit that day, just something that can be improved :)
