Ligit, it looked like how the photos do.so did my boyfriends ? we.both got a big mac and it was honestly the best looking fast food burgar iv had ? keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible after 3pm. They missed 3 items i paid for and straws. The fries were oversalted and extremely old, i could only eat 3 before they were thrown out. The other burger i recieved was horribly put together. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good god this place is a tire-fire for delivery drivers late at night. Legitimately the only place I've ever declined picking up from because once was enough. Waiting 20+ minutes for a small delivery order is actually unbelievable. Having to call some arbitrary number upon arrival is absolutely *ridiculous* - every other location has the order ready upon arrival and hands it out via drive-thru - what is the issue preventing this location from doing the same? "Sit in your car and we'll yell out the order number, then you can come to the door to collect it" ?????? NAH how about you get your s**t together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst customer service i have ever dealt with regarding fast food chains, especially mcdonald’s.
I called in ahead of time to make sure this one was open even though they all say 24 hours, drove all the way there only for them to tell me (10 min after our phone convo) that they are switching there breakfast menu and it would take 15 min.
i sat in my car for 40 MINUTES waiting for food!!!
after the insane wait i drive up and start ordering only for them to tell me that they only have COFFEE??
i completely agree with every bad review that is posted on this mcdonald’s, the staff simply don’t have common sense and that just makes the experience so bad. The girl i was dealing with was also rude, even though i was very patient! will never be coming here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pick your own donuts and got none of the donuts. There are always donutes in storage as I worked there. This is just being lazy and not putting them out. If you don’t want to put them out okay but don’t false advertise that they are available. This always happens at this McDonald’s. Nothing is ever done right

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I'm not going to waste time with a ridiculous rant. I will however describe the experience I just had. Went drive-thru, only 1 car ahead of me.
I ordered a big Mac extra sauce, extra cheese & Double quarter pounder BLT with cheese/bacon with 1 extra pattie and large fry an hour or so ago. Drive home to open a bag containing 1 large fry, a box that says dbl quarter pounder extra cheese, extra bacon.
Actually contained, a single thin pattie with bacon and cheese, tomato, lettuce. Kinda close, but not really.
The other box says dbl quarter pounder with cheese BLT extra ketchup, mustard & cheese.
Had lettuce tomatoes bacon and cheese but no ketchup or mustard at all....
I'm not buying anything here anymore. This resembles utter carelessness. If they had 1 burger wrong, ok sometimes.... but this makes me wonder how a big brand makes loose mistakes like this?
