★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great cafe. The ambiance is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. My wife and I came this afternoon and had a drink and snack. The food was delicious, we had the carrot cake cheesecake and loved it. The drinks were tasty. The cafe is clean and well lit. I would definitely recommend coming here as my wife and I really enjoyed the experience. The washroom is clean and had a bidet attachment on the toilet, the first time I have ever seen this in a restaurant washroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have been to the cafe a few times and i always loved their coffee. everything is expensive but their product is is good so i usually don't mind paying for it. but this afternoon i went with a couple of my friends i was very disappointed with their customer service. there were a couple of young ladies who were working behind the counter and they were very rude, disrespectful and lacked the basic knowledge of customer-service. very sad ! their demeanour and behaviour turned off our mood. we were very disappointed to say the least! . I often remember the service more than other things so i don't know if i will be going back again. which is sad because i loved the place but the people who work there need a good training .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I had our first date here two years ago. We came in again for Valentine's Day recently, and very much enjoyed ourselves. The vibe, safety precautions, food, and drinks are all fantastic. Would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extraordinary people and food. The sandwiches looked amazing and their sweets are unbeatable. Owner is one of a kind and very welcoming! The drinks are much better then other places! Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was 3rd time I came to Paramo Cafe. To be honest the coffee is decent. The price is decent as well. The location and mood of the Cafe is good. Food/dessert is decent.
This raiting don't reflect on the Cafe itself but more so for the service received that was less than desirable. Customer service needs improvement. We cleared table and placed our cups and others on the side counter and instead of thanks, we got an order to move it few inches away. Without going into detail customer service from start to finish really needs work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was brought here by a friend and had a great experience! From what I understand they are family owned/run and have a couple locations in Edmonton. Love to see it! I loved the croissant and mocha that I ordered. Couldn't get it in my belly fast enough, lol couldn't get a picture of it before taking a bite.
