★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a walk in patient, for an x-ray. I was met with professionalism, courtesy, and friendly staff at the front entrance. The technician kept me involved as to when my procedure would be done. The x-ray room was spotless, and I felt comfortable during my testing. Thanks for all you do, during these trying times. Keep up the great work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything except one thing was absolutely amazing.. I never even saw the face of the person (DR Peng) performing my fluoroscopy. He gave me instructions via microphone and a technician (LJ) in the room got me to turn n do my magic tricks. LJ was beyond awesome and front end staff fabulous as usual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was awesome, I was there for a xray during working hours 2 days ago. The total time I spent was roughly 10mins from the reception desk till the xray room was completed. Very friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not return to this Insight. Came for 20week ultrasound and the tech was so cold. She hurt my stomach trying to get my baby to move position and then proceeded to take and write down a wrong measurement, which in return sent my doctor and family into hysterics. We gladly went to a south side clinic to get correct measurements and everyone has since been put at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a technician with the same name (Nicole) and she was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable during the whole appointment. She was always very knowledgeable and had no problems answering any questions I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best experience I have ever had getting a ultrasound and X-ray. The technicians are amazing, receptionists are super friendly. I had to get some tests done and had to bring my 2 kids with me. The staff was so patient and understanding with them and I really apprentice that. They each came home with a pocket full of stickers and happy faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my ultrasound in this location twice now and I have both a pleasant experience. The staffs were friendly and most especially the technician. She was very skilled and witty that she managed to distract me of the process by asking questions and sharing her personal insights about being a mom which I can also relate. Am pretty sure most mom out there would also find talking about our sons or daughters a fascinating subject.
Moreover, the technician was very emphatic and made me feel comfortable with the whole process and I really appreciated it. Thank you! ?
