L	Lois Greidanus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed, the freezer we bought did not work upon getting it home. We had to insist on a quick repair rather than weeks. There was no compensation offered for selling a broken product and having to make extra trips. Very bad customer service!
M	Mariana Poenaru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is too much for this family bussines! They have another shop on 97 street -128 ave. Went there to buy a fridge and a dishwasher. I found a fridge, brand new with dents and scratches but sold. The owner said they might have the same fridge on a different location(family store). I have trust them and I asked to deliver the fridge and the dishwasher at my home. They are doing the delivery also .... When my fridge arrived I was shoked because I bought a USED fridge, dirty and with serios damages inside.Went to the shop to talk to them, they send me on 166 street -111 Ave. There was a young blond lady rude and impolite, and she told me all the items have dents and scratches and that is the price. At the end they have agreed to bring back the items on my cost and after that I will receive a refund. So I have to pay the delivery for two times because they sell GARBAGE ITEMS as NEW or REFURBISHED.

The STENCH of cigarette smoke is so overpowering it made my eyes burn. I felt like I needed to burn my clothes when I left. There's too many other stores out there that are selling the same product to spend even one second in an unpleasant atmosphere.

We bought a washer and dryer Maytag set from them. After 1 year we started to see the problems. First the dryer broke down. Fixed that. Next the washer broke down. Found out they only put 3 out of 4 struts that holds up the drum. And one was put in backwards. So now that the washer nearly shook itself apart I'm replacing all 4 struts, Along with replacing wires and now the pump has also given out. Would of been cheaper buying off of kijiji and fixing a set up. So looks like they just see if it works and put it up for sale, without doing any maintenance or proper repairs. Never never again.

The first dishwasher we bought didn’t dry, turns out it didn’t have a fan . They brought us a second one and that one just didn’t work. They then brought us a third one and We were told they would try the dish washer before delivering it and they didnt . This third one doesn’t dry either . Now we are stuck with a dish washer that doesn’t dry again, dishes always full of water at the end of the cycle . We paid with cash and Asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give us our cash back. We are forgiving and one dysfunctional dishwasher is ok but 3 ??? Something isn’t right here . Are they just trying to see us broken stuff and hope we don’t notice ?! Also the last dishwasher they brought us is missing the cover player that goes on the front bottom to hide all the wires … we called to request it and they said we would have to call the manufacturer directly and order at our own cost. Over all just a headache , very frustrating and terrible experience. If you are looking for appliances , go elsewhere and save yourself the stress and headache !! Do not recommend this company !
N	Neil Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a refurbished range from this store and it worked well for a while, then one day, a few months after purchase, the oven stopped heating so we brought it back for the warranty. We dropped the range off and they said they would repair it. They called an hour later and said it had been fixed, the oven was working. Great, quick turnaround, I thought. We picked it up, took it home and it worked the first time we used it and that's it. Now it once again does not heat.

Have found them super friendly every time and the little issues we had were resolved immediately! We highly recommend them to all our friends and family, especially those who are landlords.. they made replacing appliances in our rentals a breeze!
