C	Chewy v on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE SEVICE !.. i called May 26th 2013, to have 2 pipes moved ..one away from a vent as it was dumping water right on the vent ..water was coming in the house thru a ceiling speaker and staining the dry wall …the other, water was dumping on my stamped concrete and was leaving debris, they told me you get a quote within 7 weeks, you get a call before someone comes to quote you ..and the jobs are running mid summer to get done .. I was outside when i heard my dog bark ..i looked out the window to see a white cargo van leaving my driveway ..i called the office to see if the guy could come back as he just left ..they said it must not have been him as they call first ..[this is 2 months after i requested a quote and had no contact since] I then waited to here back from nick the owner as this women could not help me ..he is rude, mater of fact and unapologetic ..saying they are busy and things take time ect ect ..he said the work couldnt be done until sept 2013 ... i told him that i would like the job done sooner as he said it would be done in the summer, when i first spoke to him back in may … I waited to have the quote ..they email you the quote and i had not received one in 2 weeks so i called. The women asked me my email i told her and she got it wrong 5 times ..long story short i got the job done, in the end it was completed in august ..i asked to have a quote done on my rental just after my house i live in ..i asked them if they had my quote done for my rental ..and they said there is no info on it …this is now my new problem with them! how this company won an award is beyond me !

I would highly recommend that anyone looking to have eavestrough work done contact this company for fantastic service at great rates.

Steve came to give me the quote-what a polite and professional guy! Steve and his crew were here for 3 days. His attention to detail and making it perfect shows in all the joints and finishing. He even fixed my shingles as another company didnt put flashing underneath them. The type of eves they used look so durable I feel like I'll never have to replace them again. Steves crew were professional as well. They never swore and played very classy music which I appreciated with all my kids running around. Steve would often do a walk around with me during the process to point out the quality and workmanship that him and his crew were doing. Steve takes pride in his work and it shows! I'd hire them back without a doubt. THANKS STEVE and his crew you did a great job!

The leaks got so bad that the ceiling in the en suite bathroom caved in. They were called back out to look at it. Said it wasn't their fault. They installed the shingles and flashing in the incorrect order with is casing water to collect inside and leak through 2 floors of the house. The through nails all over the yard and didn't clean them up for months after. He had a dog. This was a huge issue. While they did rectify it it was not timely. As I have now inherited the house my quotes are around $1000 to repair their work. Wouldn't recommend.

When I received the estimate, there was no breakdown so I contacted the estimator (Stephen) and asked about the breakdown. There was no way I could tell what area was being estimated because there were no lineal feet given on the estimate. The estimator told me to sign the estimate and then we could work out exactly what I wanted done - that is very poor customer service and I decided that I wouldn't deal with a company who was unwilling to give me a few extra minutes to clarify their estimate.

The installed phoned first thing to confirm the downspout location (and they set one at a height that I can set my water tank under it to catch sheep water). They did a fantastic job-you can’t see a mark in the yard that they were even here. And beyond that they put one of my escapee sheep back in the pen! The price I was quoted was extremely reasonable and the work was done right away. All communication and follow up was well done. Big thank you to Nick and the others.
