This team was exceptional. In one of our famous Alberta cold snaps, our heating system stopped working. Of course, tucked into blankets we had no idea until the temperature sensors set off alarms, warning us that the house was headed towards freezing.
With one call and an emergency review, the team showed up quickly examining the problem and replacing parts. Within no time, we had heat, we had comfort. What really surprised me was the follow up. On two occasions they called back to make sure that things were still working well and to ensure we were all ok.

They helped us by replacing our sump pump in the Summer of 2020. When we recently had other issues with flooding they have come the same day and were able to help.
The team is just wonderful! We can text and connect with the plumbers/professionals for questions and they are always so kind, helpful, responsive and professional. The team is super patient and even let my 7yo son watch and answer questions while the work was being done. The whole team has created an amazing experience for my family and I. (Vidhi- thank you for managing our appointment requests so efficiently- you have made everything so easy for us)
It is a pleasure to have such a good team on our side! We will definitely recommend Valour!
