★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at the Milwaukee Service Centre. I needed to exchange a battery for my husband and the gentleman that was at the desk was so helpful. He went above and beyond to see that I had what I needed. Totally made my day and would highly recommend them for any of your Milwaukee needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service in there. I brought in my oscillating tool as it had stopped working but was just passed my warranty. They ended up giving me a brand new one due to long wait times from the pandemic! Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought in my 6 year old drill that I use for work because the trigger wasn't working 60-70% of the time. I was told it was no longer under warranty (as expected due to its age) and I told them I was fine paying for repairs I just need it to work properly for my job. When I came to pick it up not only was it free but once I opened it up I realized they gave me an entirely new drill! I had thought I was getting my old one back in the shop I wish I said thank you 100 more times! I'm now a lifelong Milwuakee customer, will never buy another brand! Thanks for everything again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a 3/4” impact for warranty repair - quoted approximately 4-6weeks. They ended up calling that it was ready after a week. Got to the repair center to pick up and they had given a new one to replace the one waiting for repair. Excellent people to deal with and all about customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent custom care! I had the same problem with my impact driver few times and they simple replaced it! Of course I did not want to believe it when they called me because I have not experienced this kind of care before!
Awesome team and they are really want fix the things! I recommend them 100%!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whether you get something replaced depends on who you talk to. The dark haired guy with the beard would not replace two batteries that were almost brand new that the locking tabs broke off and I never dropped the tool with them, clearly a defect they wouldn't cover. He also told me my impact would take 2-4 weeks to look at and I said I need it every day so that won't work. Then he said I'm the guy that looks at them and I'm looking at it now and it won't be warranty. It is well within the warranty period. I then just had to pay a discounted price for a new one.
On a previous experience with a different guy he replaced my ratchet on the spot which was questionably warranty and it was in as rough shape as my impact.
I love milwaukee but I wish there was somewhere else in the city to go for service that wasn't so hit and miss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Say what you want, everyone has their preference when it comes to tools and power tools. But these people get it! Brought my drills in for service, one was a little on the older side, the other just needed some love. They replaced the old one and repaired the other with great satisfaction!! Upstanding people, great service and so kind to answer any questions!!
