He also identified issues with the exhaust duct by performing a pressure check, and recommended solutions. He worked safely and his attention to detail was thorough. He figured out what the problem was, he explained it to me and told me exactly what it will cost to fix including parts and labour. I would recommend this company based on my experience with the technician and also the customer service agent that answered my call and booked the appointment. Very good customer service.

Not only did he show up before the expected time however, he was very informative with his procedure and expressed genuine interest in the long term care of our washer.
