Got quote for Epoxy coating for extensive concrete work at our house. Even though this company was way higher priced, they said they offered a warranty for 10 years, which we were swayed by. We confirmed a date for them the come do the job, which meant us having to move all our furniture and planters on our concrete patio, etc. We confirmed multiple times, because we had to move everything to the grass. They did not show up on said date. Sid (Said) said multiple times they were on their way. No show. Next day same thing. Took a few days, finally came to do prep work. But showed up in afternoon. Worked for a few hours and then it started raining. So they left. Took again quite a long time before they returned, and again showed up late morning, not when they said. We constantly had to ask what was happening. They did not finish the prep work and just started the epoxy process. Came back the next day to what I believed to be finishing the job. Since we could not walk on the epoxy, we paid Sid and trusted that with the warranty if there was issues he would fix them. Well they did not finish, missed a few spots and the part they did do was all blotchy. Got a hold of him with issues. Said he would return to fix issues. Came and worked a few hours on blotches, but did not finish the spots he missed. Couldn't fix blotches in one spot, so he packed up and left. Never to be heard from again, except to say he would send someone to fix issues. No one has come. No answer to our calls/Texts etc. It has been over 3 months since they were first supposed to come and do the work. I would not trust this company. They took the money and ran. Good luck to anyone who needs to use the warranty.
