A	Allison Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge and has a wide variety of flooring. Products range from hard wood to carpet with vinyl planking and linoleum in between. They also have a big carpet section as well. In addition, they also have a special type of flooring for those who are very sensitive to what the products are made of. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They give you their time and honest opinion making you feel like you're not just another customer to make some bucks off of but a friend who's they willingly help out. Definitely recommend this place and their employees.

The product and installation are of excellent quality with a quick turn around. Installers aligned the tiles with a good layout and sight line through the length of our open first floor. Paramount responded within minutes to emails or phone calls. The backsplash has a beautiful design and was installed perfectly. We appreciated their advice on the layouts and products when purchasing. We love, love, love our new kitchen with many thanks to Paramount. We also bought a high quality wall to wall carpet from Paramount a few years ago and it is still as nice as it was new.

Soon after installation of Beaulieu made-in-China "2143 Peggy's Cove" vinyl plank flooring throughout the main floor, the floor area under the kitchen table began to deform. The planks began "cupping" resulting in raised ridges on sides of planks, plank separation both side-to-side as well as end-to-end. Had a service call to fix, but fix was temporary. Problem remains and they now want ME to engage a house inspector to find the problem! The problem is simple: the product is defective and resolution has been abysmal. Seems like a textbook example of how NOT to provide customer service. Have been waiting ~2 years now to have this fixed.

What I also loved was the installers looked for solutions when encountered with a problem. I had trouble removing the toilet bolted to the ground (part of my scope before they started) and they were courteous to help me get it removed.

Ryan replaced a section of lino which was completed quickly and well. Clarisse and the other contact people kept up good communication for time frames and work involved with my restoration. Jared sales manager met with me and clearly confirmed the work to be done very detailed.

Not only were they efficient and friendly but the quality is outstanding!!! The guys were respectful of our things and even helped yo move my heavy furniture back to its resting place. They arrived early and were not intrusive. They even came back today to check on it and do the upstairs which wasn’t on their work order yesterday. I would recommend these installers ten ways to Sunday! They were awesome!!
