I didn't have to wait long for them to come by to fix my fridge either. Fridge was fixed within 10mins. I'm quite happy with the professionalism and customer service, I highly recommend their services.

The owner Mr. Mohinder Sagoo was very friendly, ordered the part I needed and came to install at a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond to help me putting back a fridge handle without any extra charge. Will be using them for any appliance services in future. Thanks so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had our dryer repaired by this company. They did not problem solve the issue, they simply replaced random parts each visit. 4 visits and 3 months later the dryer still sounds like a squealing pig. Great integrity as they did come back 4 times, but zero ability to fix the actual dryer.
The 5th call they “ghosted”, stated they would come and then never did, hence making this review. Today $450 later and 4 visits we still have a squealing pig (it’s a roller) for a dryer.
The first visit they replaced the motor and also used WD40 as the lubricant, dust magnet and made closes smell like petroleum.
Second visit they replaced a roller. Had to tell them to use silicon in place of WD40.
Third visit they attempted to replace motor a second time but I questioned if they knew the root cause. 4th visit was a blur as we were pretty annoyed by then. Fifth visit they ghosted = this review.
They reminded me of Telus and Shaw Internet service, they plug hardware in and leave. They are not trained to problem solve issues. This company’s process is to just replace parts and see if that fixes it. Not recommended.

I called to make an appointment and was impressed that he could come out the next day to fix. His quote of the cost of repair was spot on. He arrived on time this morning, was so friendly and got the repair done in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called another company first, they did a call out, then had to order parts. Called City Appliance second, gentleman came with parts and dryer was fully functional within 30 minutes for nearly 30% less than other quote and without a call-out fee.

Our technician was extremely responsive, was able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and came the next morning with the solution ready. It took less than 30 minutes and our fridge is now working perfectly. He even gave me a quick education about our new fridge and the cost was slightly lower than I expected. I am very satisfied and know exactly who I'll call next time I have any appliance issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our oven stopped working on Easter weekend and we called Maple Leaf Appliance after 2 visits and over a month they advised they could not fix it. I called City appliance Friday evening around 5 30. They attended the house about 30 minutes later and had it repaired in under an hour. Mohinder was awesome. I would highly recommend City Appliance. Thank you!!!
