Ozcan came in to clean up a blocked drain in my dishwasher but ended up breaking my insinkerator by force removing the pipe that connected to the dishwasher (which he should have not touched to begin with). Advised me to buy a new dishwasher and run off. The manager does not respond to the email complaints and there is no way to reach him over the phone. I have paid diagnose fee and now have two broken appliances.
