★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved in. So far it has been great! Maria is wonderful to work with and always tries to help residents. I've looked at many places before I picked Pleasantview Townhomes. This place was the cleanest and well kept of all I've seen in the area. Doug fixed every little thing I found right away. They even steam cleaned my carpets twice before moving in. So far it seems to be a quite, family friendly neighborhood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantview is my home i live here since 2009 and i hve no problem since then. Management is super and very accommodating. Recently i ask the maintenance to repair my cupboards and replace my faucets and they did excellent works. Thank you to Maria the Manager who’s always ask what needs to be done and to the maintenance people too.

We have rented online without seeing the unit just photos, but they give us the best ,a newly renovate one that we loved so much.
The management is so helpful when you need them,they are extremely professional.
Not to mention the high quality services to keep all the common areas clean .
I highly recommend it.

Anytime an issue came up, they would send someone over to look at it or fix it. The courtyard is well maintained and kept clean. The neighbors and environment is really friendly and pleasant. We have had a great experience living here and hope to continue to have this experience as we call Pleasantview our home for years to come! ?

She patiently answered all our queries and is always within reach. She was transparent and would always give us options we can choose from. We were able to finalize everything before arriving. It was just a smooth and easy transaction. The maintenance team also took care of our deliveries so our furniture were already inside the house when we arrived. The house was also clean and everyone in the neighborhood were very welcoming. We made the best decision of renting with Midwest Properties in Pleasantview Townhomes.

They have always been polite and courteous and showed us around, explaining everything about the house. They also explained all parts of the rental agreement so we understood everything. The house is clean, spacious and the location is very convenient. Highly recommend living here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been living in this Townhomes since June 2020. It’s clean and well-maintained, besides its good location near the Mall, Bus and Train stations.
Today, Ms. Maria and Mr. Lawrence came to see its current condition. This yearly home inspection is to ensure that our home is free from defects, as well as, for us and the community to live in safety and quality place.
Their maintenance team also are respectful and quick to respond.
Great place and hassle free! Pleasant Office too!
