★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avenue Living Took Over Urban Life Several Months Ago. I Am Utterly Disappointed In The Lack Of Management To This Place. There Is Garbage Everywhere, The Staff Are Rude, The Maintenance Is Extremely Poor In Regards To Lawn, Gravel, Trash Removal. There Is A Homeless Problem. The Main Office Is Of No Help With Any Questions About Moving In Or Out Of The Property, Their Times Are No Where To Be Listed So It’s Hit Or Miss Every Time You Go There. They’ve Raised The Rent On All Of The Properties (Minus Those Currently Residing)
Urban Life Wasn’t Great, But This Is Ridiculous.
