These are lovely modern stacked townhomes in an awesome location. The staff have always been kind and courteous. They were very accommodating with the lease. The move in and move out process was smooth. Sad to be leaving this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edgeway is an absolute incredible place to live! The staff are amazing (understatement) and all our maintenance requests and info requests were answered immediately. The location is great, and the property itself is just awesome! We are going to very much miss living at Edgeway as it was definitely the best place we have lived in to date!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend and I spent three years at Edgeway. Their maintenance worker is top notch and will address your problems asap. We loved the fact that Edgeway is pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the many grassed areas around the complex. Conveniently located and wonderful neighbors. The only issues we had was the noise of our those living beside us - seems to have thin walls and I didn't love their submetering company (Priority). Overall, we had nothing but positive experiences while living there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I helped my daughter and her partner move into a second floor unit. Omg, the amount of stairs, lol. The units are quite nice and a 2 bedroom, although a bit small, are ideal for a young couple. The unit was like new, as well, the area this condo complex is on is very clean (kudos to management for this). Several people walking by during the move were very friendly. Parking is underground and easily accessible. Unfortunately this complex is not accessible friendly regardless of what floor one is on. Nearby are several options for bus transportation to the university or Southgate Shopping mall. TIP: If family or friends ask you to help them move there, set up a Go Fund me page for a moving company. I did mention the stairs right. LOL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, always friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with our lease and move out inspection. We got way more money back from our damage deposit than we expected! Definitely the best maintained pet-friendly suites I've ever encountered, and always felt safe walking the dog by myself. Thanks so much, Edgeway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a 3 bedroom townhouse with Edgeway and has a terrific experience there. The manager is super friendly and they take care of any issues with the suite ASAP. E didn’t complete our 1 year tenancy agreement as we purchased a home and they found someone to rent the unit so as we didn’t have to pay out the term. The underground parking is great in the winter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication/customer service is awful. I was eager to rent, gave all of my personal information through email communication to Amy. Never got responses after the initial email and was only able to set up a viewing by calling and speaking to someone else. Multiple other email inquiries were sent and I received no response. My application was complete and I sent in all necessary documents (pay cheques, etc.). Extremely disappointed and will not be looking further to rent at this complex.
