★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at this apartment complex for 4.5 years. For an older building it is very well up kept, and the apartments are a perfect size with nice natural lighting, plus you get access to a small gym, pool, hot tub, and games room in a seperate building. It is very close to ammenities, Southgate, LRT, and various other stores. Also any problems I had, management were quick to fix (my heaters were acting up, and refrigerator died on me) both were fixed without delay. My only complaints about this facility are that my vehicle was vandelized twice, rent is a tad on the high side, and the elevator is too small for moving items like couches you need to take the stairs. Also for the first couple years I was here there was a constant rotation of managers, but that seems to have stabilized now, and the current manager Lucia is kind and accomodating. Other than that it is a nice quiet place to live.

However, I'm really happy now because always they fixed well for my place and current manager, Lucia is a great manager. When we had some issues like crack window, She considered us a lot and fixed it. You can trust her. I can strongly recommend this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had nothing but an amazing experience living here! The property manager Lucia is so understanding and goes above and beyond when it comes to the tenants. On top of that, all questions and concerns are fixed and addressed right away! The apartment is very nice and clean, and the location is so convenient as well, especially for public transit! The building is well kept and as a tenant I felt at home and comfortable every day! Would definitely recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thinking to leave this property for 2 reasons
1- they never pickup the phone unless you walk to them, they like to get the voice mail instead of listening to the residences bc I always see them sitting in their office when I walk to them.
2- if you are a night shift worker then you will never be able to sleep, every morning and everyday there is different type if noise it really runs me crazy and had to take sleep aid pills for some days.

It has been an excellent experience so far.
Any issues cropped are addressed promptly.
New manager Maya is very courteous and easy to deal with.
Geo and Cody from the maintenance team always follow up after fixing any issues to make sure we are satisfied with the resolution provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It used to be a great site, i don’t know what happened to it recently. It started to become like a unresponsive dump.
1. According to my friends who just left due to work relocation, this management is not even trying to help when you inquire their help(ex: discussing rent, repair requests…)like no follow up or whatsoever…
2. The building is just super noisy when it gets late, I get it it is an apartment, but mid of the night and up to 3am, ppl were just screaming and singing like! And oh gosh! My poor wife had to take melatonin to fall asleep everyday!
3.the only good thing is the site is clean, i gave 1star because the cleaning staff did a really good job.
In all, if you are ppl who have a hard time fall asleep or work remotely from home, I don’t really recommended it. If you just want a place to crush in, and good with tools, and don’t even care about the noise, and you have lots of money, then by all mean, just go ahead, and enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New tenant here. Rent is affordable, the complex is clean, and apartments are spacious, but similar to the reviewers before me, I MUST comment on the noise. Despite filing multiple formal noise complaints and speaking directly with the tenant, day and night we continue to hear screaming children for hours on end. Moreover, tenants on our floor smoke inside their apartments and stink up the hallway, despite the "no smoking" rule. The front door also locks from the inside in the evening, meaning that the call box is rendered useless to people who do not have a key and want to enter in later hours of the day. Plumbing companies also turn off the water without warning tenants, which has happened over 4 times this year already. Aliona the leasing agent is responsive to emails and phone calls, so kudos to her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new tenant here. For starters, I think the place is clean. There’s a little bit of noise on the corridors and through the walls but haven’t experienced any loud noises. Would update if I do.
Secondly, it would be helpful if the doors on the corridors were reconstructed to consider impaired people, parents with strollers or people carrying heavy grocery bags. The doors just snap back automatically and you literally have to drop all you are holding and stop the door with your feet.
Thirdly, the laundry rooms are on alternating floors. So you could live on the 4th floor and have your laundry done on the 3rd floor. Not a problem at all, if you have mobile laundry baskets. Otherwise you would have to carry the laundry bag across floors. Also I think the laundry should be cheaper especially considering that those machines even though maintained should have been fully depreciated on the books. Laundry should be a perk of renting. That arrangement should be considered.
Finally, Aliona (the community manager ) was particularly helpful. I commend her for her patience.
