★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I ever live. Old building with all broken appliances and plumbing. The electrical box alarming all night. WORST place ever! I would give -10stars. This apartment shouldn’t been renting out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We scheduled a walk-through many days prior and on the day of, the building landlord, Benti Ofgeha didn't answer his phone or the buzzer. Declined our call 3 times and stood us up. Sooo I would not recommend living and going with a landlord that doesn't even make your time and effort for being there a priority.
