★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've lived in Fairgreen Gardens for many years, we just got new owners
in February, 2021. The old owners left this place with much needed work, the new owners have come in and are upgrading the suites, the roofs, the sewer systems and all other major problems we have had that were neglected over the years. As far as the water being shut off, they certainly can't help the high temperatures and have given us proper notice, It is much easier for us individuals to fill up pots and tubs when we are without water than it is for the tenants that have the problems. It is a great place to live and any problem mentioned gets fixed asap. I for one am happy with the new owners and the new manager, has been friendly , easy to approach, is available and has an open door policy and is helpful. If you have no patience to get through the renovations and can't understand that to fix anything it starts with a mess first and is noisy but the outcome is far worth it. I say if your not happy and can't tolerate a few months inconvenience either stop complaining or feel free to move out....
