★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheila from Spotless went to my empty vacant 1300sq.ft. already pretty clean house to do a few things I thought needed done before the realtor placed the home up for sale. I asked her to vacuum and mop floors and clean the bathrooms which were already pretty clean except for the tubs and tub enclosures. They needed to be scrubbed. I wasn't able to get over to the house to check her work before she left but did a few days later. I was VERY disappointed with what I found. The carpets were vacuumed but the floors looked like they were washed without refreshing the water and still had a dirty film on them. The kitchen sinks were clean, I specifically asked her to polish those up. The bathroom tubs hadn't been touched. There was soap scum and even hair sitting on all 3 tub/ shower units. I really didn't think I needed to specify exactly what parts of the bathrooms needed to be cleaned as I thought "The bathrooms need to be cleaned" would've covered it! She charged me for 3 hours and did what I could've done in about an hour and a half. I called her but, of course got no answer or response. Very disappointed in being taken advantage of because of my absence. Do not trust this lady to do a good job and if you want clean LOOK ELSEWHERE! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with this cleaning service i got from Spotless Edmonton Ltd. The cleaners are very professional and detailed. The owner is a very polite, nice lady. She listened to my priorities and made sure my house was cleaned to my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a detailed cleaning company in Edmonton. Their prices are very affordable too. Such a great company.
