★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Move here only if you don't care about maintenance at all. I'm moving out in 2 days, there are things that were on our move in inspection to fix, 3 years ago. Those same things were never fixed. We gave up reporting maintenance issues to the landlord, we only got grief and then had to hound them for months until it was done. The ONLY thing this property is good at is bed bugs. The water pressure is low and fluctuates wildly from hot to cold often.
