★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst on site manager. The lady manager is completely useless. Just try to grad every penny of your deposit for no reason, when we vacated the apartment they did an inspection and asked us to clean certain areas again, which we did and they she came up with some new stuff which they did not even mention us to clean it. They still have not returned the damaged deposit to us. Its been over one month. Really bad management and worst on site manager. Avoid this place there are way better options in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You're better off being homeless than living here. Nice building and nice neighbors. Unfortunately the office manager Rubie is as helpful as an umbrella in a hurricane. She is in the office maybe 2 days a week, and that too for maybe 3 hours on those days. Any concern brought to her is ignored with the usual "Oh, thats normal for an apartment". Yeah, cause having the apartment at 54C in the winter with the thermostat set to 25C is normal... Her solution? Leave all the windows and doors open. Its -10C outside... Have mould in your washroom from a previous tenant or due to sub-par renovations? Good luck getting her to fix it. You'd literally have to fall sick from it and grow a third arm for her to take notice. Lies through her teeth about everything - make sure you get every small communication from her on paper so it's documented. Her husband is one of the nicest people you'll meet. She is the polar opposite. Such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve stayed in this building as a guest and been pleased with the upkeep and general design.
The elevator was functional (always a plus for me personally) and there were plenty of floor level suite entrances. The building laundry was card operated but the payment system itself seemed well maintained.
The most major downside for me was the lack of soundproofing in the building (could be quite noisy at night), but that’s typical with nearly any apartment of its size. The biggest plus for me was the location: right across from a public library and vet clinic and within walking distance of several parks and convenience stores.
I officially met the building manager (Ashley) only twice, but she was always pleasant when I saw her in passing. I would definitely consider renting here in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in a one bedroom apt in this building for 3 years. Feeling sad to leave because I moved out with my partner who bought a house recently. The building manager Ashley is really friendly and appoachable. Once my sink in the bathroom was clogged. I phoned her and within two days, the problem was fixed. The moving out inspection went really smoothly with Ashley. She was efficient, understanding and really helpful! A big Thank you Shout Out to the manager Ashley! I will definitely miss this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you feel the need to live in a building with no security, property manager or not clean this here sure is the place. It started put awesome but over the last 2 years it really has gone down hill. The doors are always broken so people are sleeping in the hallways. Or mail boxes broken into. Over the last two years we have only seen the "property manager" 2 no matter what time of day. If you call or text the manager it takes up to 3-4 business months to get back to you. Honestly I would try else where and take this place as a last resort. - 5 stars if you ask me.
